Movistar incorporates two linear channels of DAZN

Many of our readers had been asking us when DAZN Spain will broadcast by satellite. The answer in all cases was clear: for the moment NO, until now.

The streaming platform officially started in March 2010. Therefore, it has been operating for almost two years and offering its subscribers the contents of which it has the transmission rights in Spain.

The most prominent are, among others, the Football Premier League, the FA Cup, EFL Championship and the Carabao Cup, all in HD and on multiple devices. Also the Moto GP, the Euroleague and the Eurocup, among other disciplines.

While it is true that the versions of DAZN for the German and Italian markets are present by satellite, this was not the case in Spain, until now.

In the absence of an official confirmation from both parties, the truth is that the Mundoplus.tv, Movistar + portal will include other DAZN content in addition to MotoGP. For now, the broadcasts will be in the testing period, and will begin from this Thursday, January 21.

In this way, and always according to the information on the same portal, Movistar + subscribers will have two linear channels of DAZN for when there is a live broadcast.

This is the case of the Copa del Rey and the Premier League with the first matches that can be seen this Thursday.

It is also to be expected that the signals from these two linear DAZN channels are also present by satellite and more specifically through Astra (19.2º East).
